Be honest here: I got tired very quickly on HBO’s hit series when it began to appear almost three years ago. Do not really know why. It was as well that I did not seriously was swallowed up by George RR Martin’s salacious tale about the country Westeros and intricacies there. I just … forgot to look and it was with that. I should add that I at least had the ambition to correct this. And during Christmas celebrations in London in 2012, I bought the entire first season in a fancy DVD box with the plan to redo and do right and let myself be forced by my Småland stint to actually take part of culture, I paid dearly for, but also with little results . Some 14 months later is låduslingen still in “must grab” pile on the TV stand and learn well there remain – still in shrink-wrapped condition.

Well. Both Martin’s books that the TV series “Game of thrones” has nonetheless made its mark on the modern metal world. For example, Avenged Sevenfold drew inspiration from the fairy world to latest release “Hail to the king,” while British Savage Messiah goes a step further in the picture attachment of the new song “Hellblazer.”

In the video, they are being called in very agile Pixie Lee Knot, which are able to rotate in and out to the strains of a pretty traditional heavy / thrash hybrid. The song is the third sample from the band’s fourth studio album “The fateful dark”, expected to be in stores on March 10 via Earache.

– It’s a song that gives a good picture of our sound, greets frontman Dave Silver. It is melodic, heavy, catchy and packed with guitar solos. We have tried to get into a Uriah Heep-like groove that we hope you like.

If this sounds interesting, you can try on at “The faithful dark” with the songs “Minority of One” and “Cross of Babylon”, both of which are available for free listening via the label’s Youtube Page.
