The most entertaining match series in the playoffs so far has been on the Nets-Bulls. Having had the lead 3-1 in matches was Chicago now stumped with a seventh and deciding game at Brooklyn’s own home, the Barclays Center. Playoff Series between the Brooklyn and Chicago have contained the most you can ask of a playoff series. Sick pickups, extension shocker, handegemäng and more. Many believed beforehand that Brooklyn would win this, largely because of the Bulls huge injury problems they have had all season on major players like Noah, Belli Martinelli, Hinrich and others. But you can never count out this Chicago despite missing his superstar Derrick Rose. With one of the better coaches in the league, Joe Thibodeau, people are incredibly skilled defensively with Noah as the anchor, while several players who can produce offensively.
The most positive surprise was Nate Robinson. The little liraren who usually talks more than he has been performing with honor handled the point guard position in the absence and Derrick Rose, along with Joakim Noah has been the team’s most important player in the playoffs.
Bulls had control of the match right from the start, in principle, and it was predominantly Noah who dominated under the basket with offensive rebounds, dunks and blocks the. After a cruel second quarterback Chicago could go to half time with a comfortable lead, 44-61. But with some quick 3-pointers Brooklyn could get closer and for a while was a lead down to just four points for Chicago. Then step Nate Robinson out with some important points and it was never really quite exciting in the last quarter when the Bulls managed to pull away again each time the Nets managed approach. Chicago won with 99-93 and will now face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. For Brooklyn, th is is obviously very disappointing that despite home advantage to go out already in the 1st round. The owners have pumped a lot of money in the team and they told themselves that it was aiming to reach Conference Finals already this season. The damage to the Joe Johnson was heavy and it did that Deron Williams and Brook Lopez had to pull a heavier load. There will certainly be some changes in Brooklyn’s squad for next season after this disappointment. Bulls get a few days rest before getting the toughest task when set against Miami in the second round. There is potential that this could be a really good match series if the Bulls manage to stay somewhat injury-free, for playing a tough game that could give Miami problems. Not to be overlooked was the Chicago broke the Heat’s magic winning suite of 27 games ….
