If you have not seen it, or do not want to expose what is happening, you should stop reading here.
episode revolved around the series called “Red Wedding,” wedding of Catelyn Stark’s brother Edmure Tully and Lord Walder Frey’s daughter Roslin Frey, where several of the show’s main characters were massacred in bloody show.
It created great excitement among television viewers who had not read the books when Ned Stark, Sean Bean in the figure, got chopped off his head toward the end of season one. Fans reacted with equal commitment this time.
Dagbladet has been in contact with several fans who have posted video of their reactions on YouTube, which you can see in the video window above.
– Since I had read the books, I knew that “The Red Wedding” came to be seen as quite shocking. None of my friends in the film had read the books, so I decided to film their reactions because I knew they were going to react strongly, says Will Dietrich told Dagbladet.
Especially my friend Tiara reacted with shock and unbelievers.
– She was probably more surprised than angry. I asked her today if she was going to continue watching the series, since she is in the video says that she is going to stop watching, but she said she still enjoyed the series and came to accompany forth.
Levani Maisouradze says he got the idea to film her girlfriend of a thread on Reddit community called “Operation Weeping and Wailing”.
– I got my friend hooked on “Game of Thrones” and she is a very dramatic person, so I thought it was a good idea to film her reaction. As you can see, I had to fight against collapsing in laughter when I filmed, says Maisouradze.
But that’s not all fanreaksjonene as posted on YouTube is real. Joe Patrick and his friends would make a parody of the phenomenon – and let the little shirt demolition as a dramatic effect.
– After we had seen the episode, we sat and discussed how wild it was and the imagined How else was going to react. My buddy had said that he would use the shirt to polish any shoes with, so we might as well make use of it in a little skit where he played out – in an exaggerated and comical way – how people reacted when they saw the episode.
– The truth is that when we saw the scene for the first time, it was my friend who was the only one who had read the books and knew what was going to happen. Then the roles were reversed in the video. For the rest of us were quite shocked, says Patrick.
