The government needs a Game Changer - Dagsavisen

general election seems in many ways determined few weeks before voters go to the polling stations. If the trend continues there will be a change of government. The coalition government desperately needs a Game Changer if it will be four years.

parliamentary polls show that statistically will be civil Win 9 September if all goes as usual. Erna Solberg, Norway’s most powerful person Jens Stoltenberg, opposition politician full time. Right and FRP forms most likely government with the Liberals and / or the Christian Democrats who support parties at Lion Hill (technical cooperation). Eight years of red-green politics is over, but Labor will obviously have 2017 on the horizon.

If there is to be another four years for Stoltenberggovernment there must be a Game Changer in Norwegian politics. Something unexpected must happen only benefit the current government otherwise the choice is lost. When the Republican presidential candidate John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate in 2008, it was considered as a Game Changer, but the financial crisis in September put an absolute end to Palin in the White House.

what can be termed a Game Changer in Norwegian politics? It may be a political scandal, civil chaos in the national media between party leaders or national crisis. All three scenariorer seems unlikely and every day that passes, is a day closer to Solberg government. Even if everything goes the way coalition in the next few weeks it may still not be enough to win re-election for a third time. The coalition government needs a Game Changer, otherwise it’s Game Over.
