Last night I finally returned to my second home (gym), after over three weeks of absence.
I ran legs, which were unusually heavy, both physically and mentally.
But although there were setbacks and took longer than usual, it did not feel like I had lost many percent strength.
As to the form I do not think it looks like I lost some muscle mass during my sjukisperiod, and it makes me really relieved.
I usually try to involve squats in most of my leg workout, though yesterday Pallade I really was not with it.
So I wore on with just straight deadlift and leg press.
I think it was a reasonably cheap passport anyway, I was dead in my legs afterwards and I’d be very surprised if it does not feel substantially over the coming days.
So good to be back in their old-needed routines!
Hopefully soon I start to feel a little lighter in the mind.
